Before you can install your VikingCloud certificate, you will first need to install the root certificate. You may download it using the link below:

Move both files onto the Lotus Domino server for installation. Open the "Domino Server Certificate Administration" panel. Choose "Install Trusted Root Certificate Into Key Ring". You will need to enter the filename of the keyring that you created when you made your CSR.
Choose "File" in the field marked "Certificate Source". Choose the stca.crt certificate. Click "Merge Certificate into Key Ring". After you enter your keyring password, press "OK".

Choose "File" in the field marked "Certificate Source". Within the ZIP file that was emailed, there is a file chain.cer - this is your intermediate certificate. Click "Merge Certificate into Key Ring". After you enter your keyring password, press "OK".
Choose "Install Certificate Into Key Ring". You will need to enter the filename of the keyring that you created when you made your CSR.
Choose "File" in the field marked "Certificate Source". Choose the file name of the certificate you received from VikingCloud when your certificate was issued. Within the ZIP file that was emailed, there is a file with your domain name that ends with .cer - this is your Digital Server certificate. Click "Merge Certificate into Key Ring". After you enter your keyring password, press "OK".
On the web interface, click "Configuration & Administration Forms". Click "Security Configuration" within "Security Options". Be sure that "Allow SSL connections using port 443" is selected and check that your correct keyring is listed. Apply the changes and restart your server. Your installation is now complete.
