When your certificate is issued, you will receive a ZIP file via email. You will need just the .cer file from that ZIP. The .cer file contains your actual certificate.
You will need to the file to the Big-IP. We recommend using FTP since it is generally the easiest method. Save your .cer file that you received via email in the /config/bigconfig/ssl.crt/ folder as www.yourdomain.com.crt. The Big-IP requires certificates to end in .crt in order to function properly.
To install the new certificates, simply disable and enable the proxy:
