Any VikingCloud Digital Server Certificate (excluding DV) you order provides the ability to protect up to 5 domain names plus we add the 5 WWW automatically for a total of 10 protected domains. Domains can be added at any time after purchase for easy management and, like always, our certificates include free re-issuance for the life of the certificate.
When you submit a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) to VikingCloud we will apply some magic to the request so that we can make the best certificate for you.
For example, if you submit a request for domain.com, we will automatically add www.domain.com to the issued certificate for you. This helps prevent web browser warnings and eases server configuration on your part.
In another example, if you submit a request for www.domain.com, we will automatically add domain.com to the issued certificate for you as well. Again, this helps with server configuration and prevents browser warnings.

In the above case, the certificate will have reached the maximum of 10 domains for a standard Digital Server Certificate. If you need more domains than that, then you can purchase a certificate that supports a larger number of domains.
Subdomains may also be added, so if you require yourcompany.com, owa.yourcompany.com, mail.yourcompany.com, autodiscover.yourcompany.com for example to support MS Exchange, VikingCloud is the clear choice.
